PrunedLanklyConsidering the mountain employment crisis atm, I really would not worry about it - everyone is pretty damn desperate.
Also, I’ll add this - I quit on my first day at the job at Breck and received an email that I had been “blacklisted” from employment at any Vail Resorts owned property. After talking to others who got they same email, they told me that it is only a one season ban.

animatorOut of curiosity why’d you quit so fast?
PrunedLanklyI got assigned the 6:30 AM shift on Peak 9. According to the employee guidelines, you have to take the employee shuttle to work. So, I would have had to wake up at 4, drive to the employee lot, get on a bus to another stop (Peak 8), then another bus to Peak 9, then ride up the lift to the top station where I was employed. So, I wouldn’t have been able to clock in until I got there. It’s such bullshit and I genuinely feel bad for all of the employees that Vail exploits.
animatorOh god that sounds pretty intense lol, no thanks from me dawg
PrunedLanklyIn better news, I kept the employee pass and milked it for as long as I could. I like to think that I stole a couple $$$ from Vail😂.

PeppermillRenoYou didn't steal shit sounds like you put in a few shifts to earn it. Vail dragged me across the country, gave me no employee housing, and shut off my pass. Fuck them evil pricks.
