How much better is stepping into tyrolla attack bindings
I have some jesters as of now that I don’t have mounted. I was thinking of putting them on my new pow ski
I always had problems putting them on however is powder or even in general. Are the attacks that much better putting on in deep snow? I’m debating selling for attacks vs keeping the jesters
There is a height adjustment on the toe and lenghth on the heel, if either are off it will not work well. I have no idea about attacks, but jesters are din 16 really stiff, you may need to weigh 200 lbs to step in. A lower din from any brand might help.
OR, join my pro ski camp, for 35000/hr I will check under your boots for packed snow.
There are advantages and disadvantages to all bindings. None of them are going to go on cleanly if you have a ton of snow stuck to your boot or stuck in the binding. However, to answer the question, it is much, much easier to step into Attacks in pow than Jesters (or Pivots).
I’ll airlift you to the Yellowstone club for that price

Sweet thanks. Haven’t tried attacks ever but people rave about them here. I don’t have the jesters mounted either so might do it before the season

I dont think they are difficult to click in when ur in deep powder but they are awesome bindings and they have the lowest ride height of any bindings available and are almost flat between toe height and heel height.
some ppl complain about pre release on the toe piece but most ppl say that as long as you have the afd in the toe adjusted snug enough, they wont prerelease. But who knows maybe the guys boots were sheisty or something, bcuz 99% of ppl say they love their attacks. They look out of this world sexy too.
evan mceachran and colby stevenson and all the head riders use the attack2s and they are killing machines so you can be sure its not the bindings that are failing you.
