Custom jig

My dad has a cnc machine and is gonna cut a plate with holes for attacks in it. Ns have any ideas for how to fasten it to the ski and allign it?

I think marking then visually lining up on boot center and ski center, clamp the jig and drill to the moon.

If ur dad owns a CNC machine than he has enough money to pay for new skis if you fuck it up just go ham

Here's one I tried last season. Maybe it'll give you inspiration.

To center them, I'd just put a notch at the center of the top and bottom of the jig then line it up with the vertical center of the skis. Clamping just use quick clamps/c clamps. Keep it as simple as possible.

Look into using 80/20 extruded aluminum for the rails if you go that route.

Just make sure you measure the crap out of the holes before you drill, mark them using the jig you make and make sure they're all in the right spot and square before you drill
