DIY rope tow?

How in the balls do I make a homemade rope tow? I have a side by side that could probably pull me but how would I set it up? Also does anyone have personal suggestions on bungies for street spots? Just tryna hit some urban before the hills open.

There are some threads here from people who built backyard parks. Also a guy who did a detailed tutorial. Cant find it rn tho

I attached a normal rope to the rear rack of a quad and used it to pull me into a urban kicker, worked great 👍🏼
