Unfortunately the most important contributing factor to dampness is weight imo, but heavy skis are contrary to your other goals. So you're looking for a balance, the heaviest skis you can stand. Find out the weight of your skis and use that as a yardstick while looking at specs online.
There are rubber vibration damping materials, but they don't help as much as weight.
