Hey guys, put some time and thought into making this, happy to know what you think. I know it's not likely to change much, but some action is definitely better than no action.
TLDR: By not disclosing that there would be the fast tracks program, Snowbird violated business practice in Utah by selling season passes since April without that disclosure. They can't make a fair refund because customers lost the opportunity to buy another season's pass before prices were raised. If you sign it, maybe it will help.
