I ride an older pair of 114 sick days (17/18)… kinda broke so I can only really afford 1 pair of skis rn. If I film some urban shit with my friends is it just gonna look stupid on those? They’re partial twin tips too..

Honestly good point. When I started skiing I was touring backcountry on a 170 x 92 K2 women’s ski and had then fucking time of my life. I’ve probably started to care a little too much.

Skiing street with pow skis/directional pow skis would be very respectable. I just don't imagine they'd hold up that well. And they wont be so good for carving after u hit a bunch of rails

Don't rock your daily drivers. I mean i always usef to, but if you can avoid it do. Especially if you plan to hit urban often. At the start of last season my bosrdwas almost unrideable from sprong urban. The base and the edges were fucked.

Ride whatever and have fun. If anyone has a problem fuck em.

lowkey I feel like it's somehow even more core if your beater urban skis aren't even full twintips lol
Like it shows you're really about doing urban even if you don't have the right kind of beater skis

You will have no skis after one session 😂
go find some busted 2003-2019 used two tips at a used/second hand store and you can beat the shit out of them for multiple sessions
