Rode center mount bentchetlers for like 6 years at least, probably not an amazing call but I was young. Now anything farther back than 3cms from true center feels like there barely any ski behind me.

eheathSounds like you're skiing pretty upright if thats an issue, try putting more pressure on your shins to feel balanced.

Zac.suremanSo many people ride backseat its crazy. proper shin pressure = proper edge control
DesertStixAnd reversely when I go from my rear mounted commanders to center mounted joints I feel like I’m riding kids skis and there is nothing in front of me to lean into
BradFiAusNzCoCaThis is facts. Jumping on twin tips after more traditional directional ski is like jumping on snowblades lol I ride almost exclusively twin tips but damn is it fun to drive that shin on a ski with some strength!
armchair_skierHow many people in this thread think their skis are center mounted, but the shop actually put them at recommended?
Max.broI mounted my Vishnu plus at 1/2 a centimeter back. That’s as far as I’ll ever go
