some random trick tips i keep in my head when doing 270s in..
rolling into the lip i like to have a lot of pressure on the tongues of my boots, shoulder width apart, knees bent, getting ready for the pop, and confident that im gonna stick the trick
im unsure if other people do this, but I look at two places on the rail when im rolling into the lip. I look
down the rail (1) to see where I will most likely land and
I also look up the rail (2) to see where I will be spinning over.
while popping up i swing my skis 90 degrees over the feature with my eyes locked on the second position (the position up the rail). I'm pretty much looking directly down at the rail at this point. I feel like emphasizing getting 90 over and having your boots above the rail ensures that you will land smack center on your ski, instead of landing on your tails and washing out.
so get over the rail first. when im 270ing in and just smack my tails on the rail and not lock in - i tell myself
get over the rail first then finish the rotation.
once over the rail i finish the rotation - i don't really have a trick tip for that- maybe just emphasize using your shoulders and hips to get the rotation around.
at this point in the trick you should be spotting where you are landing down the rail (first position). smack the rail and spank the trick and gtfoutta there
here da video 4 da tip

ps disclaimer: thoughts on watching the video after i wrote this thing.. i'm not that great at 270ing in with little speed and landing early on the rail (to set up for a switch up or a pretzel etc)- this trick tip kinda only helps with sending 270s in down the rail. idk NS u decide
