If I’m not mistaken they first tested the guns on Friday or Saturday, so opening Friday seems like a bit of a pipe dream. But then again it is snowing and my fingers are crossed

Is this a good time for you guys to get snow? More specifically, is it still too warm and sunny to get a good snowpack for the bc and steeps?

Most of it will melt, high elevation north facing slopes will likely hold some snow which is not a good thing for the safety of the early season of the snowpack.
