#theyllalwaysbefulltits I know things come and go and that’s just the way of life but this one hits differently. The news of Fulltilt going away as a brand name honestly kinda hurts. This brand has been a staple of the ski industry for as long as I’ve been skiing. I remember like it was yesterday, it wasn’t long after i had gotten into skiing more then a day or two a season I wanted to get full tilt boots. I remember watching old level 1 movies and thinking I was gonna save all my summer money and buy them. Finally I saved enough and bought a pair of these beauties
and skiing wasn’t the same for me. I had comfy feet and even though I never properly got fitted they still were comfy. Over the years I owned the descendant series when they first came out and for my wider feet they were so comfy even more then my old ones. I did some much crazy stuff in them boots including skiing behind a boat on my skis. As I grew older I started touring and doing less park so I unfortunately went away from FT and tried other boots but none of them ever fit perfectly like my FTs did. Then they released the ascendant collection and I was so hyped! I could finally be back in a FT and get into happy feet again! I finally got a pair and my feet haven’t been the same again. Are FTs for everyone, of course not. Are they a staple of this industry for the last 20 years? Oh most definitely! I know they’re not going away which I’m thankful for but damn it it’s not gonna be the same and to me #theyllalwaysbefulltits I don’t know if any of that made any sense but that was my thoughts this morning. Thank you @FullTiltBoots@JLev for running with a old design and producing quality products and changing the freeskiing scene for so many of us and giving us happy feet Much love y’all
