Are these skis to small for me

I'm 5,8 150lbs and my 170 reckoner 102s seem small to me, I haven't rode them since last winter so I don't know if it will feel that different

Are they basically the same height as you? You could always go bigger but they shouldn't be comically small or anything.

They're pretty close to my exact height without ski boots on, I'm just wondering if its worth it to buy bigger ones rn

It’s personal preference but you should be fine. Can always go bigger if you rly want to

Just curious what the straight tape pull measurement on that ski is? The reckoner measures quite long.

No they’re not necessarily small but if they feel too small - they are probably shorter than you’d like

I'm not using them for park though, there mounted -3. More of a daily driver slash "deep" Midwest snow ski

Could probably use some more length but it’s not really an issue unless you’re skiing somewhere like Mt BOHO

Only reason I bring it up is apparently they don’t groom and the lake effect means a lot of snow. But yeah looks so fun. My uncle and dad’s side are from Michigan. Been pushing for us 3 to take a trip there soon.
Piss_Boyplanning on going there later this year, place looks so fun [nothing that warrants a new ski]

It doesn’t measure long it finally measures true. K2 was notorious for terrible advertised lengths back in the day. Some of their older stuff would be 5-7 centimeters longer than advertised

I am 5 8 and just bought a ski that are 172. They honestly seem pretty perfect. You could go up if you are doing more big mountain stuff but for park they should be fine. They may be little small depending on your style but not ridiculous or anything.

I'm the first to say buy big skis but if you already have those and they're working fine, who cares. Keep em. My brother is 6'2" and the little bitch rides 174cm up from his previous of 166 😂😂😂

Plus you're talking midwest here. You'll be fine. They're long enough that it's not gonna look like you got ski blades or anything.
