I think i moght save up for the next recession. If it doesnt happen I'll just blow it all traveling.

Pretty much only chance I have of buying a house is the market tanking.

Same. I hope it doesn't go down as hard as it did 12 years ago for the sake of my friends who have bought recently but there is no chance of me being able or willing to take that risk under the current market conditions.
