Need some advice for Big Sky

Man December’s a lil early if you want to skill when it’s filled in.
Those skis aren’t appropriate for big mountain but if they fit your style at home they’ll work there for what you would be doing, I wouldn’t take em up the tram tho

Big Sky in december is dicey. Theres tons of rocks and exposure so if you care about things like that damaging your skis, don't ride them. If you aren't a very confident "big mountain" skier, don't ride them. That being said, most of Big Sky isn't actually that gnarly and you will be just fine on Wets for most of what you'll do. I've heard Vs tend to lose their camber quickly and I bet you don't have the sharpest edges, so it will probably be a lot of effort to ski most terrain. Soft snow will make it easier but the snow could also be hard and shitty. They will have a decent park set up by then and you'll probably love your skis there. Hmu if you wanna take a lap or two!

you need to understand that big sky is very tame. It’s mostly families and dumb MSU students who ski “big mountain” and spew about how they are BB loyalists on IG.
