I rode these last year actually. They’re the best big mountain blade out there. That said, “a small child” is more weight than I wanted to haul uphill so I worked with @FullSend_Ski_Co. to develop a backcountry specific blade. If you’re going to put inbounds bindings or Shifts on a blade, these are the ones to get. If you’re putting SkiMo race bindings on a blade I highly recommend the Full Send blades.
