Also the governor saying that he was going to eliminate all future rapes in response to not having a provision for rapes in the new bill.
I don't live in Texas or know that much about him but that seems pretty cooked to even say that.

Skiblade420Regardless of my opinion of the topic, I believe everyone else has the right to do what they want, but imo the man fathering the child should be able to have a say considering he’s responsible to support it / shares dna.
respect your guys views though
Skiblade420Enjoy insulting people for differing opinions / questions? That’s some serious little dick energy. You wanna throw up the n word in your sig again?
dolanslebensraumI think in some cases abortion is necessary but you should try to avoid getting in a situation where you have to make the choice.
but my body my choice is some feminist bullshit.
the baby has just as many chromosomes from the father as it does from the mother, so the father should have just as much sway in the decision.
if you cant understand that then you have a slutty bonobo chimpanzees understanding of genetics.
BiffbarfI knew a guy who committed suicide after his gf aborted his kid. It was absolutely devastating to him. There is definitely a strange dichotomy where a woman can choose for a man to be responsible for a child but a man cannot choose that for a woman. That said, I support freedom of choice 100%, women should have the only say with their bodies but idk about the idea of government mandated child support if a man doesn't choose to raise a child. But that's a complete can o worms that can go many, many different ways.

JAHBRADORYou probably shouldn’t have kids, accidental or intended.
SavageBiffDude a great many women abuse that money, the kids don’t benefit in anyway, some moms use some for the kid some for themselves which is probably ideal, but the child support system is just very very flawed, now if that money was put in a trust and audited by someone… that would be better. Men get raped unjustified by this….
the mom should be given “credits”, or stamps if you will , good for selected children’s needs, not make up, boos and vag wipes
JAHBRADORYeah I understand that. Where I’m from, you get 200$/m per child so women just pump them out. I completely agree with you that it needs to change because it is so cyclical. Food stamps or ‘credits’ as you say, would be good I think.
skiermanLOL, its fucking hilarious when pro-birthers make shit up to seem like they're not women-hating assholes with a god complex.
skiermanI'm actually loving the "I'm an asshole, fuck you!" attitude of the GOP. They're simply speeding up their decades long decline. When was the last time a Republican president won the popular vote? White people fucking disgust me and a majority of Americans agree.
skiindanaEveryone here seems to support abortion rights and I see a lot of people saying the government "shouldn't tell people what to do".
I generally agree with that, and I would describe someone making this argument as liberal.
However, I see a lot of people on my side (generally vote blue) who act like liberals until they disagree with the subject. Anyone supports abortions 'rights' but also supports government mandated vaccines, do you consider yourself liberal? Just trying to understand...

WoFlowzYou know there’s multiple forced vaccines to attend highschool and college? It’s rly not different from this
r00kieSame tricks as last year I see.

LonelyGenerally speaking abortions are not contagious
LonelyGenerally speaking abortions are not contagious
skiindanaI think you're missing the point and just repeating twitter/reddit talking points...
A generally characteristic of liberalism is limitations on government power over the actions and activities of the people. In our laws, this shows up as lots of limitations on what we cannot do and very limited instances of the government forcing us to do something.
I guess your point is the government should be free to do anything as long as it is in regards to something contagious? You're comfortable with that kind of at-will power?
I'm against restrictions on abortions in most cases in part because it is authoritarian even though, as many 'conservatives' argue, something is being harmed. As a liberal, I am against authoritarian policies like vaccine mandates. I do not think the government has any role in acting as some magical epidemiology prophet that keeps us all safe and forces us to take vaccines made by for profit corporations which are incentivized to push more and more doses (See Pfizer getting rejected today).
I think people can think for themselves, get vaccinated if they want, as they should.
skiindanaI guess your point is the government should be free to do anything as long as it is in regards to something contagious? You're comfortable with that kind of at-will power?
.
LonelyI mean, if you're cool with the whole texas abortion laws then you should also be cool with the federal government deputizing all of the crazy twitter leftist to sue anyone they please for 10k that isn't vaccinated or has spread any sorta misinformation aiding or abetting in people not getting vaccinated right?
skiindana'Bro' show me where I said anything supporting the restrictions in Texas? Try reading?
All I am saying is using OSHA to enforce a national vaccination/testing mandate on business, with fines and firings if they do not comply, is obviously government overreach... It's just like the CDC mandating landlords pay everyones' rent... Complete and total nonsense and not liberal in the slightest.
Like why am I the crazy person for expecting our principles and institutions to actually matter? Yes there is COVID. Why the fuck does that give the government more power for unlimited time?

SavageBiffAs a landlord I %100 agree with what the govt did
All people should do what they can to help others live the dream, pandemic or not, most landlords are stinking rich
You should try having more compassion for fellow humans, we’ve all got hopes, dreams and things/people we care
SavageBiffAs a landlord I %100 agree with what the govt did, I know a lot of people took “advantage”,, didn’t return to work etc, but a lot of people just needed help to not lose everything they worked their lives for, if there’s anything the govt and people can do to ensure others don’t become homeless, they should do it. I also understand some property owners can’t afford this, but I still support it. Most of my tenants had no issues, there are two households I knew would and in April 2020 I told them there will be “NO” rent, and “NO” payback for missed months, just get back on your feet, some were not offered their jobs back, I hired people from two different households so they could move forward, also had a tenant almost lose his restaurant, so we bought it, provided some “start back up funds” they are now booming, have hired more employees some of my tenants as requested tena and paid back in full.
All people should do what they can to help others live the dream, pandemic or not, most landlords are stinking rich, and can easily take the hit, a lot are scumbags renting out un liveable conditions and they deserve to have whatever happens , happen to them.
The govt could have maybe done a better job, for instance a LL profiting $200k a month can take this hit, maybe an honest couple with only two rentals can not and maybe they should be given help as well as tenants, but they were rushed and did what they could to keep masses of people off the street.
You should try having more compassion for fellow humans, we’ve all got hopes, dreams and things/people we care for, even if we don’t share the same political party, life choices/views, rich/poor, how can anyone, turn their back on someone in need! And if your not able to help, we’ll that’s fine, but don’t hate on those getting help unless you can “enact” a better plan.
skeirmanPlot twist: you start leaving your phone in the car when you ski.
qazwsxedc34Sure, and we can do the whataboutism the other way too. If government allows women to abort their babies, they cannot mandate I get injected with experimental mRNA vaccines. Or they cannot allow women kill children in late stage.

skiindanaI feel like anyone talking about 'horse dewormer' is just going around repeating whatever partisan nonsense they read on reddit.
skiindanaI came back to let you guys know:
1. I love you
2. I'm sorry for trolling
3. Winter is almost here
skiindanaBy the way, what you wrote is false, also known as misinformation. Here is the HHS data on ICU capacity. Florida for example is utiliziing 90%, which isn't much higher than usual. Across the country, ICU utilization is at 80% with only 30% due to COVID...
You should read the university of Waterloo study on masks too.
theabortionatorWe made it to page 2 before we started yelling about covid vaccines, ivermectin, and me ranting about christians trying to cancel harry potter.
I'd call that a success
VTshredder69not necessarily true, there are still hospitalizations for vaccinated people.
ElcheapoTexas complaining about so many migrants but bans abortions? Brilliant, and they call democrats demtards, ironic isn't it?
HypeBeastPlot twist: you fell in a tree well and now are fucked cuz of this advice.
I like the idea though. How bout we just stop using our phones unless we need to.
skiindanaCoercion is not compassion. If you want to rent for free, do it.
skiindanaMy other main issue with what you write below, is it literally has absolutely ZERO to do with what power is granted to the government. 'Have some compassion' is not justification for actions of an institution. This is you just making things up to suit your personal views. I'm a liberal. Using the bureaucracy to force property owners to pay your rent is not liberal.
Just like the abortion restrictions...

skiermanYou kids will come up with any excuse to have your fucking phones attached to your body. Show me how many people were saved from tree wells because they called someone using an iphone. I'll wait.

SavageBiffWho was coerced ?
I mean if you don’t like the us govt maybe you should go somewhere else. Do you not have a clue what would of, could of happened if all those people became homeless? Ever seen a zombi flick? You’d have people attacking people for food etc, there would be war, home invasion would be common, waaay more homicide and death, I don’t want to live in a world like that so I do what I can and I support a govt that does what it can.
Your so fucking old you get triggered by youths using phones 😂😂 that’s just said
skierman be like
HypeBeastNah man. Pretty much all states restrict abortion to pre 22-24 weeks. 24 weeks is the general accepted age of viability, and it's possible to have a 22 weeker, but damn that's sooooo early. As advances in medicine progress this number will undeniably lower, but until then, if that mom were to have premature labor at 20 weeks, that fetus is gonna show up dead in the ED all mangled and deformed from cpr and called like 5 min after arriving.
YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD! @eheath
No you're not.
Wow. Shocker. More misinformation. Masks work you fucking dipshit. I really don't wanna do this again this year.
Lmao your fucking thread literally brought skiindiana back from the dead. That's some epic shit. Motherfucker was resurrected.... Jesus?
98% of hospitalizations are unvaccinated people. You were saying?
VTshredder69Well I heard 90%. So not sure where you’re seeing 98%. It’s funny because the people spreading the virus are the vaccinated people who don’t know they even have covid. And now thanks to that we’re getting virus mutations more deadly than the original. So that’s cool. Keep up the good work. I’m sure your mask wearing is really helping to slow the spread.

HypeBeastMan this is getting too easy. Open your search bar you troglodyte. The beginning of September 98% of people admitted for covid in Ohio were unvaccinated. The dispatch was more recent and includes data since January 1st. Also similar.
skiindanaYo getting vaccinated is 100% important, but your stat doesn’t say what you think. It’s SINCE 2021. At the start of the year no one was vaccinated.
All these stats that say ‘99%’ of whatever are unvaccinated usually include the Jan spike when no one was vaccinated. It’s bad stats seeking to divide.
That said, we’re all getting covid no matter what, so get vaccinated and move on. Also protest Breyer who is going to stick around for Trump to replace him...
HypeBeastBrooooooooooo stooooop.
