Am I in the minority of people that don't keep a few dozen milk crates at my house? I feel like everyone had a big stash just waiting for something like this.

I think it's like a hospital bill challenge. To see how much it costs to go to the hospital, how much insurance pays, and how much out of pocket the expenses are.

I think it's cool since i usually break my bones doing much easier things like jerking off or doing laundry.

I'm the same way. I think I just have two...one with a big extension cord coiled up and the other with air compressor hose and tools.
