More holes from demo bindings?

Just bought a pair of gently used Blackops 118 with a set of demo bindings on them, but can still return them if necessary. I'm planning on swapping out the bindings for something else. I'm fine with a pair of skis that's been drilled once, but am worried that demo bindings require way more holes than normal bindings. Should I return the skis? Or do demo bindings have similar drill patterns to non demos?

Most demo bindings have the typical 8 holes per ski, treat it as a single mount.
