I thought about getting one of those obscenely powerful laser pointers that can light a piece of paper on fire from across the room but i feel like it would be stressful to worry about accidentally blinding yourself or some kid picking it up and blinding themselves.
But i did pick up this sofirn sp36 flashlight from china for 50$. It is utterly insane how powerful it is thanks to battery and led technology today.
its not going to blind a person if you shine it in their eyes by accident but its not a good idea to expose your retina to the beam.
