Maverick 100 vs MSP 107

MSP 107 are the best skis I have ever ridden on.

it can be hard to judge what youre gonna ski out here in MT on a day to day hour to hour basis haha. but yes leaning towards these 2 for the daily conditions, if i get that random deep pow i got skis for that just looking for whats best for the other days

Haven’t skied the MSP107s but have skied the MSP99 and I can tell yah if ur an aggressive skier outside of the park and rly charging in chop, or crud, or even groomers. They’re super super fun especially arching turns in shit conditions. The 99s have a surprising amount of float in the snow we get here on the east. Also quite nice to tour on in the spring when the hill here closed!

It's hard to find feedback/reviews on skis that haven't hit the market yet ;) You typically only find "first looks", not reviews.

This is going to be biased feedback, so take it how you want, but this is my favorite ~100mm, all-mountain ski that we've put out so far. The older Vantage 100 was too planky, too stiff, not that easy to ski off-piste. The new Maverick 100 reminds me of the old Alibi we made, which is a good thing. It's quite easy to ski, way more fun off-piste, but still has a wood core with 2 sheets of metal so it's pretty stable. I like mine a lot. They ski a bit short, so don't be afraid to go long (I'm 5'10", pretty good skier, and I ski the 188cm without any problems whatsoever).

MTskier09In search for a new ski this season, thinking of throwing some SHIFTs on it, resort, all mountain, back country as well.. any thoughts on these two head to head with one another or comparisons/reasons to go with one V the other. thanks... I can hardly find anything out about the Maverick 100 yet
