I understand. (side note: ungroomed in-bounds terrain isn't necessarily backcountry, bc denotes areas not patrolled that is often public land)
My point is, the worst case scenario of you doing this isn't that you'll get your pass pulled.
The worst case is you're going mach 10 and hit an unmarked obstacle under the snow that ends your season or worse, AND your pass still gets pulled.
If you want to trust the snowpack (which is nearly 100% man made besides a couple feet annually) go for it.
Just please for the love of god don't duck ropes out west, it's marked off for a reason and people die doing it.
