Safety grab onto rail

has anyone ever done a safety grab onto a rail and accidentally landed on their hand and if so would you ever attempt it again

Dude I see clips of people grabbing before they even land on the rail and I cringe watching it cuz I know for a fact I would crush my damn fingers

Brud be doing like Ollie highsafetys onto rails and I would 100percebt hit my hand if I tried that and break my fingers

i guess if you'd do a high safety there's a smaller chance of crushing your fingers but I'd be way too terrified of doing a normal safety. I also think that a high safety on would be cooler

If u grab just above the toe piece it’s chill. Landing on the rail in a grab is mental imo, but as long as when u grab you watch the end of the rail you’ll clear each time

yee i was looking a magnus insta and he did like a safety grab the air then onto the rail and I was cringin

Just grab it lol it’s not rocket science if you somehow come close to crushing your fingers you just let go lol

I think your natural instinct would prevent you from landing on your hand basically ever. of course mistakes can happen but for the most part you it is within. you know what to do. peace and love my brother. yoga practice will commence promptly at 6pm tonight don't forget your mat this time.

I do them on disasters all the time, not much different than on a jump. As said above natural instinct makes you let go
