But K2 I manage both K2 and Full Tilt. They are still separate though, we do share some reps in some territories, but different development, production, graphics etc.

On3p or any smaller 'core' company is going to have trouble keeping their high profile athletes on for an extended amount of time because for the most part they are up and comers. It's cool that on3p and others can support the smaller guys and get them the exposure they need to catch a major deal. I'm sure the on3p management knows that they aren't the end of the road for some of the big time athletes and that's 100% okay. It's actually kinda cool because this is how culture gets changed and why core becomes popular just years later.

deathvalley69I don't really buy it that ON3P is such a small brand and it's hard for them to sponsor people, if we're being honest they have to be one of the biggest twin tip brands at this point. People act like it's the most core underground shit that nobody's ever heard of but it's not. To me it seems like they were sponsoring anybody and everybody to an irresponsible extent, and now they're working their way back down to a normal size team.
That being said I'm just some jackass who's never skied outside of Michigan and I don't know anything about the inner workings of ON3P. Not hating on ON3P that's just how I see it
CaseyI don’t know those guys either, but just from an outside perspective it’s probably hard to justify trying to chase MLB talent when you’re a AAA club and also you have competing priorities like stuff to do with the actual skis and whatever.
