Replying to Wet vs. stranger

i know they are much different skis but hear me out:

so i have a homie who i buying skis soon and he's wanted the strangers for a while and i think i found a pair for him but i also found a pair of fire flower wets. we ski park, all mountain, back yard and some boot packing in VT, the stranger seems like a better option for sure but wets are wets. is this really a question or nah? he's never quite hit a rail but he's gonna learn on the summer setup like tomorrow hopefully and he got 180°s late last season. if he does what i did he'll be decent at park by the end of this coming season. i'm thinking what's gonna happen is if he doesn't get the wets this year he's gonna want to after learning a ton this season and seeing me on them.
