Cany really make a fully truthful assumption but I feel like siver is one. Like we get it you can spin a tornado in the same direction with a fuck ton of swaps on every rail, no need to act like a 12 year old who just landed his first front 2 in front of the camera.

The word your looking for is pretentious. That's what happens when your a dipshit privileged white kid who rants about leftist bullshit. These days this is common for skier kids as they have completely useless liberal arts degree's their parents paid for so they couldn't be more entitled. The best is when they all move into minority neighborhoods and gentrify them, aka push everyone out and then say they care about "these people". These are the dipshits who moved into places like Brooklyn New York and chant black lives matter yet their the ones who pushed all the locals out. This is the same for countless cities in America.

I'm pretty sure most well-known skiers all went to some sort of ski academy or were funded by their parents at some point. It sucks that skiing is such a "pay to play" sport but I think we gotta hate the game and not the player. Pdog makes sick edits that are easily recognizable as being his own style. Seems unfair to single him out. Personally I think he seems like a nice dude and I always enjoy watching his edits

single him out? what other filmers parents bought them a professional camera? Even a HPX with a good bit of operating hours is easily a Grand plus with p2 cards. Or payed for their kids to go to school to film skiing? Y'all will ride these kids Dick's but as soon as you see a ski academy kid or kid in a ski program you don't like, NS will give them shit over that. I mean shit y'all hated on me for having a coach when I only learned to ski 3 years ago. Owen Dahlberg worked multiple jobs and even lost money on filming skiing, and this kid gets worshiped for piggybacking off his parents cash and his connections his coach and ski school got him....

Yes pdog went to a SKI ACADEMY that’s where you spend money to get good at skiing, not a film young snow then use that clout to film everyone now academy. i don’t even have an issue with the kid he’s talented, you guys just treat him like a god when he’s not??? like cmon. Wtf, sanch and olli have been praised for their work for years?! Remember zoospace, people said it was the movie of the year. yeah you're right I made a bit of a generalization. But I stand by my statement in regard to comp skiers. Not shitting on comp skiers, its just that the costs of skiing competitively (coaching, airbags, travel, summer skiing, etc) are way more than most 15 year olds can pay for without help from their parents.

speculation but I think it's pretty fair to assume they did considering SMS is a overnight school and you aren't supposed to leave campus, so how would he work? and how would he work if he went to windells for multiple weeks last summer? Not to mention his parent's pay for his 60grand a year tuition. I feel like that is enough to say his parents payed for his camera. Consistent on NS? Kids got 4 edits one of which is almost all BRoll?!!!

The skiers with the worst ego's are the ones that are hella pretentious. These are the kids who fly around the world to ski yet talk about climate change; these are the types of people who literally contradict everything they say. Hence when stupid ass rich skier kids bring up social issues on Instagram.

The people that act like Simon and or Tanner had problems with their ego/ attitude don't understand the significance of that competitive beef; that's what brought skiing to the fore-front and was the reason skiers were actually getting paid. Watch the interview with Travis Pastrana talk about brain Deegan and the metal mulisha. Brian Deegan was never a bad dude, a jerk and wasn't some crazy jail bird; that whole persona was because Deegan was slipping and couldn't keep up with the competition and needed to stay relevant. This helped everyone else as it brought attention and money to the sport. Tanner and Simon did the same thing and look, since then no one has come close to how much publicity and money they made besides Candide. Candide was also a part of that as well and same with Jon Olson.
