Barefoot shoes/minimalist shoes

I have had serious back problems for about ten years and My torn acl and almost a year of heavly compensating with my right leg my back was in a huge amount of consent pain, I was told by my physical therpist to by shoes with alot of support. just recently saw an and for vivo barefoot shoes, bought a pair and with in two days back pain that I have had for years has disappeared. turns out all of my pain was coming from a collapsed arch in my left foot and supportive shoes were only making the problem worse. By creating support I was not allowing my arches to build the strength that they need. My back is feeling amazing and my knee feels better than it did before the surgury.
