Just curious, when you guys refer to your height are you measuring from: barefoot, with shoes, or with ski boots on?

For starting out they will definitely be a little long, but you’ll get used to them so don’t worry.

You’ll be fine on 178. It’ll give you more support when landing with weight off balance

He's kidding lol. Of course you do it barefoot. Only short men with complexes add sole thickness to their height value. I had one friend who used to put lifts in his shoes I kid you not.

Is this op you trolling or are you seriously asking if shoes count to your height. Just pause for a moment and use common sense. The answer will find you.

Why do you even need to measure your height? Just buy the longest size a ski comes in and call it a day

I'm under 6ft so I just take my ski poles and stack them on top of each other for an accurate measurement. We never learned the metric system in US schools anyway so why bother with it now, you know?

Usually I start at my knee and measure to my shoulder then I do shoulder to head and then knew to floor, I add them up and I find out I’m 5’11 and change and get depressed that I’m not boyfriend material height

I measure my height in 189 Vishnu wets. For example I am prolly 90% of a 189 Wet. I know nothing else.
