Yes you can ski in the north cascades all summer.

I had high hopes for Crystal doing some July skiing until it was 110 out for a week straight. We got nuked this winter but holy shit it has been hotter than a bulls ass lately

Do you know anyone who got out skiing during the peak of the heat? I'd be super curious to know what the snow was like when it's that hot out. I guess without essentially having a fluid drip right into your arm there's no way anyone would last long on a boot pack in 110.

heather meadows still goes as of a couple days ago and appeared to have enough snow for another few weeks. no car laps though, the road is washed out right after it starts climbing

hop on the turns all year fb group for more beta. just don't ask them anything about gear

Crystal was open till mid June this year. Prolly some skiing around but weekends ago made it's mark on the snowpack for sure.

Friends did Rainier a few weeks ago. Doubt it's looking that great now.
