I'm particularly new to Wu-tang, souls of mischief, Griselda and the older songs. What are your favourite songs from any of them and which ones should I give a listen to?

(Sorry for the rant I got really invested)
I’d give Nas a listen, especially his Illmatic album. I highly recommend listening to the whole thing because every single song is good but if you don’t have time at least listen to NY State of Mind, Life’s a Bitch and One Love. Another 3 that you should give a listen are Made You Look, Nas is Like and Doo Rags.
Songs I like from the Griselda guys are Momentum, One Way Flight, 3:30 in Houston, Bang and Sly Green.
