Replying to Jiberish?

Am I the only one who is like annoyed at how impossible Jiberish stuff is to get now? Like if ur not camping the site at drop ur not getting any gear, and they don't restock like dog I want to literally give you hundreds of dollars but you are preventing me from doing it. Like for what Jiberish explain the reasoning cuz I genuinely don't understand it. Also why does all the jiberish stuff run small like that's literally so not-core (Shell?? idk)
