DolansLebensraumOne thing ive found out in life op is that if have a good idea chances are theres millions of ppl who have had the same idea.
like elons original endeavor was paypal from what i understand. And im sure there were probably tens of thousands of ppl trying to make a reliable payment system that would work for things like ebay. But elon either networked well to get hooked up with the right people or learned enough himself about programming early on to be an integral part of writing the code etc.. but in one way or another musk was in the right place at the right time with the right group of people. So luck was probably at least part of it.
When i was a kid i had this awesome water gun that i would pump up a bunch and then when i shot it it would just shoot this massive like shotgun blast of water that was almost like a bullet. Ever since then i always wanted to make a water gun that was like that but would shoot a round pellet of water very fast like a big paintball. Super soakers are stupid imo. They are nothing like a real gun. Real guns shoot projectiles, not streams. So for a long time i wanted to make a water gun that would somehow shoot a pellet of water very fast and very far. These guys from germany seem to have had the same idea and they have leveraged the recent boom in battery performance capability to make a water gun that is close to the idea i had of shooting a pellet of water.

The reason im saying this op is that if you think bluetooth ear speakers are a good idea then there are probably thousands of people with the same idea right now working very hard to create it. If you want in on the pie you gotta network and go to an electrical engineering program at a good college and make friends with your asian classmates there and see if you are able to learn enough to actually produce a bluetooth earbud that works efficiently. Things are very competitive though. Youd be surprised how many engineers out there that were just as smart and capable and ambitious as elon musk who barely make 90k a year for their whole lives because they simply werent in the right place at the right time like elon musk was.
you cant just patent “bluetooth speaker that goes in your ear”. You have to have something more pointed than that.
that being said, sometimes you can patent things you wouldnt expect to be able to.
some medical school student apparently patented the idea of zapping endovascular coils used to clot aneurysms with radiation so the body didnt attack them, and he got like 700 million for the patent for just this idea of zapping it with radiation. Apparently he was like “what if you irradiated the coils” and then patented that idea and sold it for almost.a billion.
So it seems the patent system can sometimes be generous op, but i dont think you can submit a patent for “bluetooth speakers that go in your ear” and expect to get it approved. And if you could, theres probably 50,000 ppl who have submitted this idea before you.
