I did a short presentation on coral reefs and how essential they are to supplying oxygen to the oceans and earth in general and killing them essentially kills us if your into that sort of thing.

Stop trying to tie your identity into your topic and make it an excuse to present something about yourself. Pick a topic that has a wealth of easily accessible information from diverse sources and bang it out.

Pfff 5mins. You dont have much time to argue anything. In college, 20mins was never enough to go through a topic.
