Has anyone randomly met other Newschooler out in the wild? Just randomly bumping into a person with a sticker or maybe recognizing the @BigPurpleSkiSuit ? For me, about a month ago I was at a post season rail jam, having a conversation with a couple of the competitors and one of the kids asked “Hey, are you Celery?” We then proceeded to have a short conversation about ns, and my fantastic backflip attempt from the previous weekend that he found on my insta, then he proceeded to absolutely show me up during the rail jam (He did a friggin back 630 out). @milotv34 you fucking shred.


Any other similar experiences?

went to a car meet this past weekend in Maine. Saw this dope beamer w a lime green mini bike beside it. My homie pointed out the NS sticker and an old ass “I’m huge on IG” Jskis X Saga sticker on the guys roof rack. Awesome guy, Awesome car, Stupid cool bike.

Didn't meet them thru NS but have skied a lot with @BagOTricks and @GeorgeBrown81 in NE ohio. Lots of others over the years who are no longer active sadly

Pretty sure I've seen @weastcoat everytime I've gone to 7 springs, and now mt hood. I need to make it up to 7 sometime this next season.

Love all you guys. Hit me up if you're ever in Ohio during the winter for some reason lmao

stinky_cheesemany years ago back in the ns dojo tinychat days, i was like 15 years old and was on the tinychat almost every night talking to the same group of random nsers. Found out that one dude, @KEVTRON , worked at Alta which is my home mountain. About a month later i stopped to grab some water in goldminers daughter and saw a worker there with "Kevin" on his nametag. I went up to him and asked him if he was KEVTRON from ns, he was, he connected the dots and realized i was one of the random nsers he'd been talking to on tiny chat, and then i got really embarrassed because he was like a full grown man and i, to him, looked like a toddler probably. super nice dude though


lol, "full grown man"! I was trying to figure out my life back then and here I am. I appreciate the kind words. Keep on keeping on! At this point you might run into me teaching my daughter and son how to ski. I have moved on to Wyoming but will forever have Alta in my heart. Sorry for the (maybe 5 year response?)

and I think I met this guy @1337 once, not nearly as good a warzone player tho tbh

I hope so, Macks. I had a great time with you, other than Skyliner not running! Had it been working, your experience would have been much better, as the terrain park would have been off the hook! If they don't get it fixed, as promised, by next season it's going to be a sad state of affairs. I only wore the pink onesie so you could find me! Ha ha! ;-)
