Why
Are jackets and shells all one color, or different flat colors paneled in a bunch of blocks
But
Theres no jackets with full photographic textured print. Can’t they just print up a high-res photo on fabric? I’m talking nice ass gore-Tex jackets with full on utah red rocks print. Like camo for big-wall climbers. Gimme a 3-layer jacket all covered in lime-green lichen on granite. How about an anorak that looks like a fuckin redwood with solid red waterproof zippers? None of that realtree bs or Bape camo I’m talking photographs printed on 20k DWR finish.

Lol printing a graphic of nature isn't what biomomicry is.

It's designing the function after nature, not the graphics. For example, the Write Brothers designed their first plane after pigeons. Or climbing pads are designed after gecko feet. Or velcro was modeled after burs getting stuck in dogs fur.

Why do you want to be less visible when climbing or skiing? Id much rather my friends or sar be able to find me if I'm partially buried in an avy or fall off a cliff or something

Ouch op you suck. Get smarter.

But really, I think op is thinking of the types of mimicry found in nature such as with insects and animals. So printing graphics would essentially complete that task.
