What the fuck to do when the ski season is over and you have to be constant high for months watching ski edits to even have a chance to make it to next season! I can’t be the only one here with these problems? Please come with tips so I can find peace!

by working... but yeah even at work i find myself watching ski edits on instagram so I'm in the same boat

Between rock climbing and mountain biking, what do you guys recommend? I think mountain biking would be more fun but also riskier, especially considering how I ski.. Hand is almost healed, more like 60% healed, so I need to wait a while to get into either

Waterskiing is pretty fun if you have a boat. This summer I wanna get into wake skating which is basically wakeboarding but without bindings so you can do skate tricks on the water

I just got into rock climbing last summer because because I was tired of not having anything to do when ski season ended, and mountain biking is super fun but bikes are too expensive for me right now hahah. Rock climbing is soooo fun and super chill. Not hard to get into it cost wise either. I recommend it. And don’t underestimate the risk involved in rock climbing haha

Skateboarding duh.

if youre super hard pressed to be the best park skier you can be then get some rollerblades and spend all day at a good skatepark.

Rollerblading will directly make you better at skiing. Skateboarding will also make you better at skiing but its a less direct benefit.

but if you go from not being able to stand on a skateboard right now to being able to kickflip at the end of the summer you WILL feel the difference next winter when you click in.

Also for what its worth, working on your vertical leap by trying to slam dunk a basketball will also help your skiing ability.

I get pretty deep into running in the off season. Not for everyone but if you can get into it its a pretty good substitute.

There are crazy people everywhere. You gotta find what sports there are in the summer by you and what fits your budget. I personally love DH biking and kite boarding, but both can be expensive and you need bike parks/good wind (you can get into DH for like ~2-3k and kiting for ~600 but you need a friend to teach you to kite or shell out $$$ for lessons). Other great sports that youd probably like if youre a fan of skiing:
-motocross
-skating
-rollerblading
-bmx
-skydiving
-drifting
-rallyx
-longboarding
-surfing
-windsurfing
-sailing
-offroading
-cliff jumping
-whitewater sports
-wake boarding/cable parks
-rock climbing
-freerunning
-trampolines
-mma fighting
-thru hiking/ultrarunning/backpacking

No matter where you live, there are certainly people with pent up energy who crave adrenaline, and found some way to have fun
