How not to eat your body weight in food when stoned?
Idk what it is but no matter what I smoke, eat, vape, etc when I get high I literally can't stop eating lol. Never used to be like this but goddamn what do y'all do to limit the munchies? I'm on a straight path to looking like skierman's mom.
First drink as much ice cold water as you possibly can and then chew a couple sticks of gum. You're body obviously doesn't actually need the food when you get the munchies but when you chew gum your brain thinks you're eating so it keeps the hunger at bay
And if neither of those work and you have to eat something, eat grapes. You usually satisfy the munchies with time spent eating rather than quantity ate. So eat low calorie dense foods that you can eat for a long time like fruits and such.

Maybe this is bad advice but if your in HS/ College, send it. Idk you can eat some large quantities of terrible food when you're high and be alright. As long as you dont develop bad habbits.

OK I'll try the gun thing. Yeah I've tried substituting fruits and eating entire veggie trays lol but I still have room for less healthy options.

Just go a week where you get hella stoned and eat all you want. Then the next week, take a T break. You'll save weed and you won't want to eat, so it all balances out right?

Tried all that. Fill my stomach with liquid. Unfortunately it leaves quick. Used to drink tea to try instead of eating but that does stop me either lol. Soda stream stuff is nice but not foolproof. Also tried eating before and waiting 30-60min to turn off that hungry signal before smoking only to realize that I end up the same. I'm like Fat Bastard. I can't stop eatinggggg.

I uave a 64 ounce Gatorade bottle i drink 2 to 3 times a day. Still eating all the bullshit. Haven't drank in over a week so that probably isn't helping my lust for junk food.

It's compounded by the fact I'm doing this after work where I have had food habits. I even tried premaking my meals before I smoke which helps a lot but isn't foolproof.
I get the nsatiable cravings after a workout , and 15/20 after I eat, I have to eat more , doesn’t matter how much I ate, but I like the way you said too stoned to get up or enthralled with what your doing , I’d say I’m too lazy to get up when I’m high and focused on gaming.

Oh yeah games are perfect. They usually keep me too busy to get up. If you haven't played sea of thieves, try that stoned. It's great
Man the days when I’d go to a Quaker steak stoned with friends, I’d eat well over 100 wings, down a pitcher and harass people, shit was fire I miss that, couldn’t do that to the colon nowadays tho

Yah nothing wrong with salads I just can’t find one I like, tried lettuce on a burger for some crunch, that bores me too, I’m a good addie that’s for sure, I don’t snack anyway, I have treats at the end of a meal whether it’s a candy bar, cake, cookie, whatever, I only eat meals, no in between snacking, it serves me well, and if I’m high I play games or take a nap, boring time of year for me.

The munchies have been a problem for me for like 10 years, I started lifting just to offset the calories I ate when baked. Granted it was mostly unhealthy food, and now I have some pretty gnar digestive issues.
A couple things I’ve learned are
A. Self control, learn when to use it and when to indulge
B. Stock your kitchen with healthy food, even that big jar of nutella will disappear in one evening of poor self control
C. Chew gum, cough drops, drink water, and other ways to keep yourself from feeling that vast pit of hunger
D. Sativas at night, they tend not to give me the munchies as much. Then indica or CBD just before bed for sleep aid
E. Stay busy at night, don’t just sit on the couch watching TV and eating; grab the controller, foam roll and stretch, have sex or masterdebate, go for a chill walk

You don’t find the workout substantially increases your hunger? I workout 2d on one off and my workout days, I’m hungry non stop and it’s insatiable? I also have a background of just gorging until I’m painfully full, also have some digestive issues probably due to that so now I eat quite regularly and more responsibly. Probably doesn’t help I keep a box of these 😅, during Covid a peak these were out of stock locally, I bought every box between pa and Colorado Montana and back

Lmao it definitely does, I just figure if I'm gonna eat nonstop either way, I may as well eat healthy and actually need the calories. I got into cooking also so I can stick to my super strict diet and still make stuff the way I like it, lots of garlic and salt

Ok ive been searching crystal mountain real estate and im now you convinced you live in a horror movie.
Seriously though, munchies will be the death of me and have fucked up dieting attempts too many times now. CBD vapes help me sometimes. I try not to have certain snack foods in my house anymore when I smoke because I'll just eat them all at once. It's easier to make that choice once at the store sober than maintain a shred of impulse control when you're stoned after midnight.

That is an excellent question; no matter how many times I tried to stop eating in this state, I never succeeded. I even try not to buy a lot of food at home when I smoke not to overeat too much. I have recently started smoking less because I work very hard and can't afford to waste time rest, although I understand that this doesn't seem right. I have my mini-business selling nuts since my parents planted many hazelnuts on their farm at one time, and now I am engaged in buying packages from https://www.thebagbroker.ae/food-packaging/, and I fill them with our orgiastic nuts and sell them. You have no idea how many nuts I ate when I was still smoking. I hope you can handle this better than me, good luck
