From what I understand, the reason SLVSH isn't operating is because Matt Walker doesn't wanna do shit and so Joss is getting screwed because it's 5050 ownership or something and he legally can't run the business without Matt's approval. It sounds fucked and sounds like Matt is being a cuck. I heard from reliable sources, but I don't know all the details.
