NS thumbnails

I normally just embed youtube videos when I post an edit here but my song was copyrighted on youtube so I just posted straight through ns. Is there anyway to change the thumbnail or is it just random? Mine is just black cause that's the first frame.

On your video page, click the Edit box. You should see an "Edit Thumbnail" button.
