So I'm working up the confidence to try my first invert. I know I am capable, it's literally just a mental block at this point.
I wanna go upside down desperately. I'm thinking of going for a front 180 or a front flip, because those are my go-to tricks and I know how to land on my feet every time.
I pretty much spent 2 years going to the trampoline park 1-2 times/week, practicing front flips, backflips, barani flips are my favorite, misty 5's, cork 7s, spinning both ways 1's, 3s , 5s, 7s, and some 9s. I can do double front flips onto the air bag and land on my butt every time, and throw front flips/mistys when I'm cliff jumping off about 20-25 foot cliffs.
I feel confident with my air awareness. I have spent the whole season straight airing the large jumps, getting comfortable with speed and height, and clearing the knuckle. It's spring and it's super slushy, it's the perfect time to try something new!
I'm hoping to get some words of encouragement to help me get in the right mindset. I might be riding solo when I try my first flip, and the park has been suuuper busy these days, so it's intimidating and hard to focus when there's 50 people standing around watching.....
Thanks in advance for the advice :)
