I haven't ridden the plus but I am a more all-mountain skier and I think the wets are actually a very fun east coast all mountain ski. If you like to do stupid jibs on rocks, ice blocks, stumps, logs, etc. on your way down to the park, wets are awesome. If you think about it, jibbing random shit at the mountain is pretty similar to what you do street skiing, which is what they're designed for. With my wets I have full confidence doing an ollie onto a knee high stump or rock. They're especially good in tight trees cause they're so maneuverable and good in bumps cause they're pretty skinny.

Having said that, there are times where I def enjoy a stiffer ski. You can't charge down the mountain with confidence on wets, or rail GS turns cause you just flex through the ski when you lean forward. I have some on3p woodsman 96 for doing that, and they're perfect for it. BUT, although I can do jibby tricks on my woodsmans, it takes a lot more effort, and I can't ollie as high, so some jibs are just out of the question unless I'm on my wets.

if I was shredding a larger mountain like sugarloaf I would get the plus, but if I was at any hill sub 1000 vert I would get regular wets. Also go 183
