jjdsteezeSomeone stole my snowboard in middle school and that’s when I started skiing. Thanks to whoever that was.
TnskiI fricking hate thiefs, then you spend forever looking for something that's not even there wich is the worst.
Piss_BoyAgreed. When my skis were stolen I went on ebay like a week later and found the exact skis with the same bindings 20mins away from my local
TnskiDid you contact ebay or go apeshit or both
Jemsi brought 2 pairs of skis to big sky and had a few people lowkey calling me out for stealing when i brought them back to my car 😐

Piss_BoyThis is so acurate. Most days ill carry all my friends skis up from the lot while they are getting ready( I get my stuff on before getting picked up) Every time i get weird looks or a guy ask me if i had stolen them
SuspiciousFishThis reminds me of the time I was driving to Canada with my Brother to go mountain biking. We were meeting my Dad up there and I had all our bikes on our car including my Dad's. The Canadian border guard gave us so much shit for having an extra bike and asked us questions for over 10 min on why we had it, whose bike it was, why we had an extra one, when and where are we meeting my Dad, why didnt he bring his own bike up etc. It was kind of weird to be grilled over a bike but I guess in Washington there is a problem with people stealing high end mtn bikes and taking them across the border to sell.
J_ChristophMy brother and I were interrogated at Targhee by a shop employee when we asked for a screwdriver to swap each other skis for the last half of the day. They were positive we had snagged a random pair of JJs from the rack and needed to adjust them to our boots haha.
GilsonSkisDeath to ski thieves
h3nry.I had a guy steal my brand new kincos. After searching for a while I set up camp by the chalet door and eventually saw a guy stuffing brand new kincos in his pockets before he went into the chalet. I went up to him and asked if he had kinco gloves. He said he didn’t, I then asked why he just shoved kincos in his pockets and he took them out and threw them at me.
anders_aI think its legal to shoot ski thieves
oldmanskiThere is a special spot in hell for thieves
BrightFroghey man it’s all one big community. U take skis to the hill and leave with other skis it’s no big deal. Skis can’t be “owned” by one person. We’re all just trying to get by on this big blue marble.
this year I must have skied on about 40 different pairs. I’ll take some from Sunday River and the swap them out at Big Bear for some powder boards to take to Baker.
this is core
skiermanIf you're stupid enough to leave your gear unlocked and unattended, it deserves to be stolen. Brought it on yourself.
mikemacperhaps the most skierman comment of all the skierman comments....
Piss_BoyIf i ever see somebody taking ski gear i might just yell at them until theyre confused if im in fact 13 or a middle aged grouch
B00NESome guy at my local mountain stole my poles while I ate lunch. I thought I had misplaced them and when I went to throw my trash out he was getting on the lift with my poles. I was like 10 and this dude was probably 17 so they were like the size of his forearm😐 when I asked him why he stole my poles, his response was just “I don’t know, I just wanted them.” Handed them back and got on the lift. Weird guy who looking back was probably stoned or drunk or both

Evantheshredsterif you ever see anyone stealing ski gear, steal the valve cores in their car.
SavageBiffThat’s not enough, I’d have to be %100 sure they were stealing, my gear or not, and I’d wanna straight fuck them up, but I’d probably shout and point first “ those cunts are stealing skis!!” And if no one responded or no one was present I’d fuck them up, these kinda people deserve to have their thumbs broken and tendons torn in a way that they can never hold a ski pole, spoon or button a shirt easily again, also they should be forced to live their lives somewhere with no snow and never allowed to leave.
