Has anyone else who just bought jetskis not heard from them / received their skis yet
Honestly, if I can't see a small companies stock. Then I would be hesitant to do business with them. Especially when it's just some dude making orders to Never Summer out of his bedroom.
a few of these have been showing up at the shop to git mounted
i dont ask many questions

they ski a good bit
not enough on snow

So you’ve ordered something from a small ski brand and haven’t received correspondence.
I’m here if you would like to talk about your frustrations.
In my honest opinion, it’s probably because they didn’t fully set up their e-commerce back end and don’t have post purchase email flows set up. A lot of the back end stuff to an online business is boring/annoying/doesn’t always get done the way it should.
Jemsbought mine last monday so it’s been a while, i emailed them but nothing back. No tracking number or anything aswell.
also the mailing system is just slower than usual with skis at the moment. I mailed a pair about a month ago that should've only taken a week and ended up taking three and a half. I know a few other folks who have encountered the same issue, so that could also be a factor.
Literally ordering anything online can be delayed right now. With the shipping container storage and blocked ports around the globe it affects literally everyone, even shipping nationally. Just be happy you don't have to deal with ordering bike parts

Did you see the breakdown of businesses affected by that? Not saying I know for a fact they were but it’s very possible.
In addition, fedex has been slow because of what happened in Indianapolis.

there was another jet skis thread and I said it all looks way too sketch, and the fanboys got pissed.
im not saying you won’t get your skis, but when you buy skis off a janky website, you usually are getting scammed some how. Who knows, maybe they’ll come through in 6 months
