Nose grab

How to grab the nose? I cannot reach out.
I carefully watch how others do it and notice that it is quite easy, but I do not understand how to do it.

It helps to learn if you try them while sliding a box real slow. Even easier if you do a 1 on, then reach down and grab it, and just turn it into a surface 3.

Stretch out on the lift. I had the exact same problem and that's how I got my nose grabs down this year.

You need to be more flexible lol I have the same problem. I’ve got a long torso and feel like I’m reaching forever but if I’m loose then it’s way easier. When you’re on the chair, practice bringing the noses up and trying to hold them. This will loosen you up.
