Apart from the fact that I can't afford the flight, ski pass, or hotel, and that I legally can't leave the UK for a non-essential reason, I'm there. (I'll be the guy wearing the red and black hoodie, attempting to ski park but failing miserably and giving you all a good 'ol laugh.)

Timberline took over all of the private parks last summer and made it their own “freestyle training center”. Its built in the same spot where the windells park was and uses the same paddle tows. Anybody can access it but you have to pay extra on top of a lift ticket/summer pass to get in. I think it was $25 extra on top of the lift ticket or ~$200 extra on top of the pass. Towards the end of the day they open it up to anyone with a lift ticket and the tows spin for an hour or so longer than the lifts

There is also a public park on the magic mile but once the snow melts you cant really lap it so it becomes a hike park. Sometimes theyll move it up to palmer but no guarantees

I get that summer skiing is timberline’s big draw but $175 for the spring pass vs $1000 or $1250 for a summer pass is a massive difference, especially considering the price of day passes stays the same.
