Replying to Pros and Cons to having jumps in the terrain parks

So for my final in my college english class, I have to write a persuasive essay about something I am "passionate" about. I really want to write about why ski resorts SHOULD have jumps (big or small) in the parks... I can also get like 90 extra credit points if I send this to a ski resort.

My question to y'all, What are some of the pros and cons to having jumps in parks at resorts? And I'm thinking maybe something more than the classic "insurance liability". Thanks in advance
