Ski size........

i’m 5’ 10-11” and 14 rn but i’ll be 6’1” easily next year i had 172 edollos this season and next i’m getting wets. should i go for 189? long ski steeze but will it fit in my moms 2004 honda civic? and is it to much of a jump? too heavy? help

If you’re already 5’11 you should be riding a bigger ski, probably a 180ish non rocketed ski so I think the 189 Vishnu would be in your best interest in that regard due to how much rocker they have. They’re a light ski and I think it would feel normal for you to ride them at your current height not to mention growing another inch or two. Not sure as to if they’ll fit in the car though lmao

i was like 5’ 6” when i got the edollos and they didn’t have a 180 so that’s why there too short but i think i’m gonna have to get a roof rack of some sort

You’d be fine on 183 or 189.

get 183, thats already like 7cm over your head. so whatever "steeze" you think you are gonna get from 189s will be over looked by the fact that they are too big and too hard to ski with.

everytime you’ve responded to me with has sounded pissed off or condescending kinda and it’s a fact that long skis look better. plus it’s 3 cm over my head not 7

i just did the math and if i’m 6’1 then the 189 4 cm taller than me (and i might be even more than 6’1). which is good bc tbh i’m gonna be 6’4” or more full grown so i might as well go with 189. but idk

I’m 5’ 5” 125lb, and 17 so don’t think much about growth. Would the 177 wets work for me? Thats 12 cm over my head.

henrik uses 180s and is like 5’6 so you’re good especially since v’s have a lot less affective edge
