iggyskierOutside that those skis sold out 6 months ago - and that these are all same base platform with just the styles tweaked - no big conspiracy here. Sometimes they are just between ski shipments, or they have some skis for urban and some skis for resort, or their skis have prototyping modifications that - say - might not make them great when skiing in a park vs street.
In that case, pretty sure Alex has a number of pro top skis that were hitting a lot of urban - so their bases are pretty slow for skiing in resorts - and a few new pairs just waiting to be mounted up once the pair he is on now is ready to retire.
Our guys are really good about getting good life out of our skis, too, as they know how much they cost us to build so they don't just mount up new skis to mount up new skis. They will ski them until they are actually ready to be retired.
