I'm Looking at buying the armada arv 86, and im deciding between either getting them in 177 or 184. I'm 6'2 and a beginner, but looking to put a lot of time into skiing next season.
I’m 6’ and have the 177. I’m a pretty advanced skier but got them for this past season while skiing more park. Most people seem to really recommend 100+ underfoot, but for learning in the park I think that’s a little much, 86 is fine starting out but I wish I got the 96 as I’d like to use them in pow better
but yeah I’d say go for 177, they’ll be easier to learn tricks on and less weight to push around
Since ur a beginner get the 177’s for now, it’ll be a lot easier to learn rail tricks. Then upgrade to bigger size whenever you feel ur at a comfortable point with the 177’s
Yea 177. If you got enough cash I would buy durable bindings because you’ll likely be wanting to get longer skis next year and can just move the bindings over.
