So deez came in the mail today
First time I've bought skis online and the shop I'm taking these to doesn't stock movement. What should I tell the tech, if anything, so I dont have to add another mounting fuck up thread to the dozens that litter gear talk?
Assuming the arrow indicates true center, factory recommended is -4.25. Is that all I need to tell them?
Whatever happens, still happy to finally be getting a quiver together :)

Haha thanks dude you have no idea how badly I wanna ski them right now. They're like a mystery ski that I've seen loads of Swiss riders absolutely shredding with and yet there's barely any reviews about them

That’s cuz they don’t officially sell in the US yet!!! Hopefully they get more traction they make great stuff. The 105 is a stupid fun ski and the 115 is just a wider 105, you’ll love it bro!

Duct tape the nose of each ski and write “front” on it.
then use a tape measure and mark a line on the ski with a sharpie at 89.5 cm from the nose, which is 1cm behind dead center (assuming your ski is exactly 177 cm).
then tell the ski tech to mount them with boot center on the line you drew with your sharpie.
1cm behind dc is my personal favorite but do whatever you feel comfortable with.

measure it to be exact because sometimes the printed line can be a little off. i recommend the "recommended" line unless you have good reason to do otherwise, skis are designed to be mounted at recommended
then put a line exactly where you want midsole to be, and to be nice and clear add a little sticky note that says "mount midsole here or i'll murder your family"
Lay masking/painters tape across the area. Measure very carefully and double check. Use a carpenter's square or other tool to draw a nice straight line across the ski where you want boot center.
