I am a big fan of NY Strip and ribeye (though I guess if you like steak who isn't).

It's actually pretty easy and you get to set stuff on fire so you look like you are pro. Serve with hidden valley ranch potatoes.

Lately i've been eating a lot of them.

Had a nice juicy sirloin with garlic butter glaze yesterday. Potatoes with steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
